2010 LPB (Venezuela)

In 2010, Cubillan's team, Espartanos de Margarita, won the the Liga Nacional de Baloncesto (LNB) championship. He was named to the All-Venezuelan LNB 1st team and to the Venezueualn LNB All-Domestic Players team. His Espartanos participated in the 2010 South American League for Men's Clubs (averaged 9.6 ppg, 2.0 rpg, 2.8 apg) and the 2010 FIBA Americas League for Men's Clubs (12 ppg, 4.0 rpg, 1.3 apg).

2011 LPB (Venezuela)

In 2011, he was selected as the Liga Profesional de Baloncesto's (LPB) Newcomer of the Year and named to its 2nd Team and All-Newcomers Team. Also, his team reached the LPB Semifinals.
