====== Tim Buckley ====== {{men_s_basketball:p-buckley.jpg |}} Tim Buckley was hired in May 2007 as Marquette's Directory of Basketball Operations. This position was Tim's second at Marquette. On April 12, 1999 Tom Crean hired Tim Buckley as his top assistant, but Buckley left Marquette after the 1999-2000 season to take the head coaching position at Ball State. Tim is a native of Aurora, Ill. \\ \\ Buckley earned a master’s degree in physical education from Bemidji State in 1988. He received a bachelor’s degree in communication from Bemidji State in 1986. The Cardinals placed second in the Maui Invitational that season, reaching the title game with back-to-back wins over third-ranked Kansas and fourth-ranked UCLA.
