The Helfaer Tennis Stadium and Recreation Center provides the Marquette community with one of the finest recreation facilities in the Midwest. It was designed and is operated to give its users greater variety and choice in their recreational pursuits.

The Helfaer Recreation Center features weight rooms with Cardio Theater and a variety of cardio machines including steppers, recumbent bikes, treadmills, stationary bikes, rowers and ellipticals. In addition, the Helfaer Recreation Center Pro Shop offers basic athletic equipment and accessories for sale. Reservations for tennis, racquetball, handball, squash, and wallyball courts are made in the ProShop 48 hours in advance with a telephone call, 288-7135.
