Angelo's Pizza Not exactly a bar, but nonetheless has a presence on the Marquette campus. Angelo's (aka 'blows') is located at the intersection of 16th and Wells, and is one of the few remaining alcohol vendors on campus along with Murphy's, Jim Hegarty's, Caffrey's and the Union Sports Annex. Known for its hospitality to underage undergrads, Angelo's has reasonable drink prices, but its environment is not the best.

The Ardmore Bar The original bar located 717 North 16th St. After closing in ????, Used to be able to buy a ceramic beer stein, which they would number with a sharpie on the bottom and put on a hook on the ceiling. Buck Bradley's Buck Bradley’s Saloon & Eatery is located at 1019 Old World 3rd Street, one block east of the Bradley Center. The building was purchased in 1992 by Bernard Paget. 10 cent tappers served in plastic cups we used to stack up to the ceiling back in late 70's. Run by brothers Danny and Bernie Paget. Located alongside the bar that their parents owned. Lenny's Tap Lenny's was on 18th and State and served as home base for AKPsi (Da Zoo) Fraternity. Leonard's on State was owned by Lenny Bernstein and his wife Sarah. 6oz Miller Tap beers were 10 cents. Known for being “rented out” by underage drinkers, O'Brady's Pub is not really considered a bar, but more of a house party for Marquette Students. Usually it is rented out by freshman or sophomores, who are looking to throw their own party. Just being a $8-$10 taxi ride away, mnay flock there. In the mid 80's this was the place to go watch games on satellite dish television. This was also a place to shake your booty on the dance floor. It was a very large bar that catered to all types. ODs (short for O'Donoghues) was infamous for their Sunday night 60 ounce metal growlers for a buck and then their 32 ounce Munster Cups for a buck on Mondays during the mid 80s. Original bar (where you walk in) was expanded to a back room around 1981. The main claim to fame for this bar besides its large oval bar where many could belly up was its juke box - best of the MU bars during the 80s.

Wolski's Tavern “If you've never seen an “I closed Wolski's” bumper sticker then you haven't been in Milwaukee long. This small neighborhood bar is a Milwaukee tradition of the highest order.
