Lefty O'Doul was the head coach of a team that featured future Hall of Famers Lou Gehrig, Mickey Cochrane, Al Simmons, Frank Fritsch, Lefty Grove, George Kelly, and Rabbit Maranville. The other players and personnel included Bruce Cunningham, Larry French, Herbert Hunter, Willie Kamm, Tom Oliver, Beans Reardon, Muddy Ruel, and Fred Lieb, a NY sportswriter.
