Barb Kellaher serves as a special assistant to the head coach/event coordinator. Kellaher's primary responsibilities include supervising the daily operations of the men's basketball office and the office staff, as well as personally assisting head coach Buzz Williams with his travel, daily scheduling, correspondence and arrangement of speaking engagements and special events.

Kellaher enjoys her everyday interaction with the players and all the coaches and considers Marquette her extended family. Barbara is married to Rich Kellaher and they have three daughters- Allison, Brooke and Lauren. The couple's oldest daughter, Allison, is a Marquette University undergraduate in the school of communications.
