October, 2007: Anthony is a strong, tough point guard who blows by his defender to get to the rim. He finishes strong inside and is not afraid to mix it up against bigger players. He pushes the ball well in transition and puts tremendous pressure on the ball on defense. He has an infectous energy and truly leads his team. A good passer who can penetrate, draw help and dish to a teammate, A.J. must continue to improve his outside shot. A top 100 player in his class.

Anthony is a quick point guard that can dish and score. He is tough and a solid decision maker. Anthony is a nice athlete that is very effective in the lane. He is also a good defender that is very good on the ball. Anthony is more of a slasher than a shooter but he can make shots out of 19 feet. He is a top 100 player in the 2009 class. - Per ESPN
