Scott Holsopple

Scott Holsopple was on the coaching staff as the Head Strength & Conditioning coach.

Was responsible for the total development of sport-specific strength and conditioning for MU's intercollegiate teams … Joined the MU athletic department in the fall of 2000 when his primary focus was working with the men's basketball team … Before coming to Marquette, he served as a strength and conditioning assistant at Penn State for two years where he worked under John Thomas and Chip Harrison … While at PSU, he helped develop and implement a comprehensive, year-round strength and conditioning and agility program for 28 men's and women's teams … Also performed an internship at Notre Dame under Head Strength Coach Mickey Marotti … Holsopple has served as strength and conditioning coordinator for Ken Chertow's Olympian Wrestling Camp … Earned his bachelor's degree from Penn State in kinesiology … Earned All-America honors as a boxer in 1994 while at PSU.
