William "Billy" J. Nicks Building

The William “Billy” J. Nicks building is the proud home of Prairie View A&M University men's and women's basketball teams as well as the women's volleyball team. The Nicks Building also affectionately known as the “Baby Dome” by PVAMU alums and fans has been one of the centerpieces of Prairie View A&M's athletics facilities over the past three decades. Built in the early 1960's the dome has a seating capacity of 6,500 and has been host to several nationally televised games over the years. The facility which also houses PVAMU Athletics Equipment Department boast two weight rooms as well as a sports medicine treatment room.
