Marquette's All-Americans are determined by the NCAA publication, Men's Basketball's Finest, which recognizes each of the teams listed as an official squad.
Dean Meminger (1970-71), Butch Lee (1977-78) and Dwyane Wade (2002-03) are considered consensus selections, based on a scoring system used by the NCAA.
